I used to live in California for over 5 years. And I know the weather very well. It has been always a pattern. You know as the song goes winter, spring, summer and fall…lol! Right now, it’s Fall season in California but not here in San Antonio the state of Texas. In my opinion, San Antonio Texas weather is somewhat similar to the Philippine weather. The weather is unpredictable!
